3/18:See me so that I can record your group's information.
We've been reading all year ( yes, this counts as one of your IRB goal books!), but we haven't had the opportunity to share our book love with others reading the same book at the same time. We're going to sharpen our comprehension and discussion skills until we can have a detailed and deep discussion of what we've read!
The majority of your reading will be done outside of class. You will be responsible for completing notes through sticky notes or a WS in order to prepare and think deeply about the text before coming to discuss the text as a group. Knowing some examples from your text well will prepare you for discussions. There will be two practice group discussions and the last discussion will be graded for discussion skills and verbal content.
